As a certified Life Coach, I empower individuals to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and purpose. My Ecotherapy sessions reconnect you with nature & restore connection and inner harmony, while Family Constellation work reveals and heals family dynamics that may hinder your journey through life and your self-expression.  Each session is crafted to address your unique needs on all four levels of human existence (mind, body, emotions and spirit), ensuring a comprehensive approach from start to finish.
